FAQ

  • When will my order be processed?
    Once your order is placed, it may take 1-5 days for processing depending upon stock before your order is shipped, however most orders are processed in 1-2 days.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be shipped after it is processed, at which time you will received tracking information via email. It may take 3-5 days depending on processing, however; most orders ship within 2-3 days.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping on domestic orders have a flat rate of $5 per order under 1lb. Orders exceeding 1lb have flat rate of $7.95 per order. There is free shipping on all domestic orders exceeding $60 * International order shipping will vary depending upon weight and location. Please inquire prior to order.
  • What should I do if my order isn't received?
    If your order isn't received within 7 days of being shipped, please check the tracking and follow up with USPS using the tracking number provided to you via email.
  • Will tracking be availabe on my order?
    Yes, tracking will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Can I return or exchange my product?
    It is our hope that you are pleased with the product that you have recieved, however; if there is a problem of some sort do not hestitate to contact us via email using the contact page noting in the subject line "RETURN/EXCHANGE", providing the reason in the message field and it will be reviewed accordingly.
  • Can I make a suggestion and/or recommendation?
    Yes! We welcome your feedback and look forward to hearing from you on how we can improve our service as well as our product line.
  • What are your products made of?
    All of our products are made of all-natural ingredients including but not limited to carrier oils, essential oils and pigments providing voluptuous color output.
  • I have allergies, what specific contents are in your products?"
    Under each product is a breakdown of the specific ingredients included in that particular product.
  • My favorite color is no longer availabe. Will it return?
    We choose our colors and specials based on the season and current fashion trends. Once a seasonal product is sold out, we will no longer offer them. If the demand on a particular product or color is in high demand, we will consider restocking that item so don't hesitate to let us know what you like.
  • I placed a pre-launch order. When will it be filled?
    Pre-launch orders have first preference and will go out for shipment on the first business day (including Saturdays) the product is launched.
  • Can I order one of every size instead of waiting for a sizing kit?
    We strongly recommend ordering the sizing kit. This ensures appropriate sizing especially for those who may have an extra small and/or extra wide nail bed, however; we do understand that you may want to avoid processing time or this may be a gift for a friend and you are absolutely welcome to order a larger set. If you desire to be a long term press on nail wearer, we do recommend ordering a sizing kit or performing a sizing at home with the instructions provided.
  • Can I order a set in a matte top coat?
    Yes, you have the option to request matte, glossy or as pictured at the time of purchase.
  • How many nails come with a large set?
    The large set which includes all sizes comes with all the standard sizes from 0-9, depending on your particular shape request. They do not include custom made sizes.
  • The nail sizing kit does not fit one of my fingers. What do I do?
    We apologize for this, however; you may do a manual measuring for that one nail and we will create a custom nail for that particular finger.
